Criminal Investigations

About the Division

The Criminal Investigator is responsible for investigating crimes against persons and property. The officer in this division works cooperatively with the patrol officers. The investigator gathers and processes evidence from crimes.

Assistance from Citizens

There are many times when police officers need assistance. We can't be everywhere. For example, at traffic crashes, people give eyewitness information that helps determine who ran the light. This sort of information helps the police get to the truth.

Providing Information to the Police

This page is designed to allow members of the public to offer information to help us to do our job in dealing with those people who commit crimes or may have warrants out for their arrest. It is our hope that people leaving information will also leave their name, address, phone number, etc. This is so we can confirm the information provided but it is not necessary.

To leave information for us to follow up on or turn over to the proper authorities, please email your information to D/Sgt. Bill Skellenger.
