| | 2010 Downtown Farmers MarketWelcome to the 22nd season of the Davison
Farmer’s Market!
What an exciting time of year! I am
happy to announce that I will be your Market Master once again. I
truly look forward to another great season!
I am looking for vendors to sell home-grown and
home-produced items, such as farm-fresh local produce, craft items, garden
plants, organic fruits and veggies, bakery goods and much, much more!
The Davison Farmer’s Market is scheduled every Friday
from 9:30 a.m. until 4:00
p.m., beginning July 9
through September 17. The market will be located in
the parking lot at the base of East
Second Street, just two blocks east of
M-15 in Downtown Davison. You will need to provide your own
coverings, tables and chairs. The cost for one space at the market
will be $20.00 daily or $85.00 for the season.
As in the past, a theme will be set each week and
local musical acts will entertain at each week’s market. The
weekly Vendor’s Market Basket drawing is a HUGE success! Vendors
will be asked again every week to contribute towards the Gift Basket
Drawing. The Farmer’s Market Rules, an Agreement of Compliance
Form, and a Reservation Form are available here. If you require forms to
be sent to you, please contact me. The Reservation
Form and Agreement of Compliance Form, along with
your check, need to be completed and returned to the City of Davison
offices for you to be eligible to sell at the market. Please
have your reservation in our office by June 30th if you desire a
seasonal rate.
If you have any questions regarding the Farmer’s
Market, please feel free to contact me by phone at 810.214.1034 or 810.653.2191,

| | Credit Card Payments After a couple of initial glitches, the City's online billing is operating as originally intended. The City can now accept credit and debit card payments (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) for tax and utility bills. Payments can be made by clicking here or over the telephone by calling 1(800)272-9829. Credit and debit cards cannot be accepted in person at City Hall.
Tax payments made by credit or debit card will be charged a 3% convenience fee. Utility billing payments made by credit or debit card will be charged $3.95 for payments up to $200. These fees are required by the Internal Revenue Service and are imposed by and paid to Official Payments Corporation, the card processing company, and not the City of Davison.
To pay by telephone, call the number indicated above and then select option 3. The City of Davison jurisdiction code is 7126. Then follow the prompts provided. Please wait for a confirmation number before ending the telephone call (the confirmation number finalizes the transaction).
To pay online, click on the link above. Once at the new page, select "Tax Information Search" from the options on the left side of the screen. Enter your property information (name, address, or parcel number), then select "Search." Once you have your property showing, select "Pay Tax Bill Now" and follow the remaining prompts. You will then be asked to acknowledge the convenience fee. Please wait for a confirmation number to complete the transaction.
