Leading park advocate Mr. Bob Callis continues his efforts to raise money to expand the City's Abernathy Regional Park. The 2nd annual run, walk, and trot, is scheduled for Saturday, May 1, 2010, at the Abernathy Regional Park. Additional information and the registration form can be found here. Come out that day and experience what "community" feels like: plenty of family, friends, food, and fun.

The form to rent the pavilions at the Jack Abernathy Regional Park can be found here. Rentals are accepted on a first-come, first-served calendar-year basis, beginning with the first business day of the calendar year (January 4, 2010).
