The Treasurer’s Office is located at Davison City Hall and is responsible for all deposits and revenue collections. The Treasurer's Office is also responsible for the billing and collection of property taxes, which also includes subsequent distribution of those collections to the following taxing units: Davison Schools, Mott Community College, Genesee Intermediate School District, Bishop Airport, MTA, Genesee County Library, Genesee County Parks and Recreation, Genesee County operations and the City of Davison itself.

Our office is also responsible for collecting and processing Downtown Development Authority (DDA) and Local Development Finance Authority (LDFA) revenues and assists them in processing their respective accounts payable.

The Treasurer’s office also oversees processing of the following payments:

  • Water and sewer usage bills
  • Invoices and assessments
  • Miscellaneous accounts receivables
  • Payroll
  • Dog Licenses.
When doing business with the City of Davison, residents have the ability to make payments using a variety of payment methods. This includes checks, credit/debit cards, both over the counter and electronically using the internet and by the telephone, making it more convenient for is residents and visitors.
