CITY OF DAVISON PUBLIC NOTICE NOXIOUS WEEDS, GRASS GROWTH AND ACCUMULATIONS OF DEBRIS PROHIBITED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Chapter 656, Section 656.02 of the City of Davison Codified Ordinances. No person owning any premises within the City shall permit or maintain on any such premises any growth of noxious weeds; nor any growth of grass or other rank vegetation to a height greater than SIX INCHES on the average; nor any accumulation of miscellaneous debris on any lot less than one acre in size. On nonplatted lots in excess of one acre in size, no person owning such premises shall permit or maintain, within fifty feet from the edge of a street or property line, any growth of noxious weeds; nor any growth of grass or other rank vegetation to a height of greater than SIX INCHES on the average; nor any accumulation of miscellaneous debris.
