To help our residents and businesses during this COVID-19 Pandemic, on April 13, 2020 the Davison City Council issued a directive to postpone issuing water/sewer bills until May 1, 2020. The bill issued at that time will be an estimated amount of your water and sewer usage from January through March of 2020. This bill will be due on June 5, 2020. In addition, all penalties and shut offs of water service will be suspended if this bill is paid in full by June 30, 2020.

After the Pandemic is over, the DPW will be able to read meters for the bills due on August 5, 2020. Your bill will be adjusted to reflect the actual water and sewer usage for January through June of 2020.

We are encouraging everyone to be very conscious of the water they are using during this time. Many people will use much more than normal. We encourage you to make payments towards your next bill over the next several weeks, as you have the ability before June 5, 2020.

With most of city hall staff not currently in the office, residents cannot make payments in person. Please pay bills online through the city’s website, by telephone (855) 687-3670, mail in a payment to 200 E. Flint Street, Suite 2 or put your payment in the drop box located on the north side of city hall.

If you have questions, please call city hall at (810) 653-2191, leave a message and someone will return your call. Feel free to also visit the city’s website for additional staff contact information.

Stay safe and well!!!
